BIO:
After studying Classics, Gabriele Verratti began to experiment with web fashion writing, teaching himself as he went along. His experience at the site Grazia.it was fundamental, and it was there that he reviewed the most important catwalks and undertook research for the New Talents section. He has consulted for the Camera Moda and collaborated with Icon, the Panorama weekly menswear magazine. New methods of digital communication and the panorama of the ever evolving social networks are his main topics of interest.

Editor's Picks by Gabriele Verratti

To create a truly personal style one must begin with the basics. Key pieces that make you feel immediately at ease and converse a sense of timeless classic style. Personally, I cannot live without a white shirt. Perfection when worn with a deconstructed Boglioli jacket and tricot Dell'Oglio tie, much cooler than a silk version. To complete the look, choose a pair of jeans thats suit your style or for a more casual look a chino in tobacco colour (which will look great with a Neil Barrett sweater and Moncler polo). Footwear wise, go for a double buckled Church's style or a casual chic leather sneaker by Dolce & Gabbana. A backpack is essential for free hands, preferably military inspired such as Dsquared2's version.
